This includes the Battle Pass, Music Pass, and LEGO Pass, which will all advance as you play and earn XP, regardless of the mode you’re playing in.
Once you’ve earned enough XP to reach a new tier, you’ll unlock rewards on each pass. The best part? You can claim rewards in any order you like on unlocked pages, similar to how it works with the current Battle Pass.
Plus, there’s an option to let each pass automatically claim rewards for you as soon as they’re available.
When Are the Changes Happening?
Epic Games will be phasing out the old currencies at different times for each pass:
- Festival Points for Fortnite Festival Mode will retire on November 2 when the Music Pass goes live.
- Battle Stars will be retired on December 1.
- LEGO Studs will also be retired on December 1, with the new Brick or Treat LEGO Pass shifting to XP-based progression.
