The wait is nearly over for fans of Gears of War. The Coalition has finally announced the multiplayer beta dates for Gears of War: Reloaded, a fully remastered version of the iconic 2006 third-person shooter.
This highly anticipated version launches globally on August 26, but eager gamers can jump into the action early during two scheduled beta periods this June.
Gears of War: Reloaded brings back everything that made the original game a hit, now enhanced with stunning 4K visuals, updated gameplay, and modern cross-platform support.
Even more surprising, it’s the first time in the franchise’s history that a Gears of War title will release on PlayStation, marking a major shift for the Xbox-owned series.

Following the excitement of the new gameplay trailer at the Xbox Games Showcase,
The Coalition shared the full multiplayer beta schedule via Xbox Wire. Players will be able to test two different multiplayer modes across six iconic maps:
First Beta: June 13–15

- Maps: Gridlock, Raven Down, Gold Rush
Second Beta: June 20–22
- Game Modes:

These betas will give players a chance to experience how the classic combat mechanics feel with the new visual updates and across-platform performance. However, access to these betas won’t be open to everyone automatically.
