Each of these spots offers great loot and a Mythic item, but one question remains: can you get the Catty Corner keycard in Fortnite?
Catty Corner’s Legacy in Fortnite
Back in earlier seasons, Catty Corner was Meowscles’ territory, especially after he was ousted from his first vault. His legacy continued here, with some of his family members and a unique item—the Shockwave Launcher.
Players loved using this to blast opponents into the storm. But now, finding the keycard for Catty Corner has become a challenge.
Is the Keycard Available?
When you visit Catty Corner in Fortnite Remix, you’ll notice the vault is still there. However, the keycard seems to be missing. Why? Because Meowscles is no longer there guarding it.
Instead, he’s joined forces with Midas for a Remix version, creating a new Midasowcles skin. You’ll find this character at the Yacht, but Catty Corner is currently empty.
Without a boss character to defeat at Catty Corner, there’s no way to get the keycard for now. So, sadly, you won’t be able to access the vault yet.
When Might the Vault Open?
Players can expect updates throughout the Fortnite Remix season, and, likely, one of these will finally open Catty Corner’s vault.
The earliest possible update could come next week, or perhaps in Week 3, when the anticipated Ice Spice skin arrives. Each update could bring a new surprise to different areas of the map, so Catty Corner may be added back into the rotation soon.
