Among Us, Cyber-Shadow, and Spelunky 2 highlight Nintendo’s last Indie World showcase of the year.
Today Nintendo gave us another look at some promising upcoming Switch games with it’s Indie World showcase. Over the course of the 17 minute video Nintendo highlighted 12 indie games along with a montage reel packed with several more. You should check out all the trailers for yourself, but we’ve gathered all the highlights from today’s event for you here.
Among Us

That’s right, the 2020 gaming sensation finally comes to the Nintendo Switch. Launching later today, Among Us promises Switch owners all the sus action they can handle. Innersloth’s mega hit should be on the eShop by the time you’re reading this.
Spelunky 2

The Indie World showcase started off with Spelunky 2 being announced for Switch. Not only that but Spelunky 1 will also be coming day and date with the sequel in the Summer of 2021. Mossmouth’s treasured cave diving roguelike formula should be perfect for Switch.
Cyber Shadow

From one man developer Mechanical Head Studios comes 8-bit love letter, Cyber Shadow. Inspired by NES games like Ninja Gaiden, Cyber Shadow is a 2D action platformer sure to test your gaming grit. Published by Yacht Club Games (Shovel Knight), Cyber Shadow will feature compatibility with certain Shovel Knight amiibos so that the player can tilt the scales in their favor. Cyber Shadow will be landing on January 26th, 2021.
Fisti-Fluffs

In what can only be described as a bizarre 4 player free-for-all cat fighting royale, Fisti-Fluffs aims to show you exactly what cats get up to when their owners are away. This action-brawler looks epically zany. Dress up your cat and hit up either local or online coop modes to battle fellow cats using anything and everything you can find. Fisti-Fluffs is hitting Switch in early 2021.
Tunche

In this beautifully hand-drawn roguelike beat’em up brawler, players can choose between 5 unique characters and make their way through procedurally generated worlds. Developed by LEAP Game Studios, Tunche will be launching first on Nintendo Switch in March of 2021.
Alba: A Wildlife Adventure

Alba: A New Adventure is a charming looking 3D “chillectathon” adventure game. Taking on the role of Alba, the player will explore a vast Mediterranean island while working with the locals to better the wildlife ecosystem. Promising great music and a relaxed attitude, Alba is sure to be the perfect vacation when it launches on Switch in the Spring of 2021.
There were many other exciting looking game announced today that are coming to Switch. Titles like Hoa, When The Past Was Around, and Very Very Valet all looked like a blast.
